I create cultures of inclusivity in educational organizations.

This looks like:

- Creating or redesigning curriculum through a collaborative process, with the goal of providing many pathways and options for learning via Universal Design for Learning

- Coaching teachers in co-constructing class communities with students, including structure, language, tools and strategies, and environment design

- Providing workshops and professional development opportunities for teachers and administration that cover social and emotional development, language development, identity-awareness, and promoting self-regulation, independence, and autonomy for learners
